Assigned to oversee and inspect the Emirate’s food and agriculture establishments, farms, agricultural inputs, as well as imported and exported food items, our team is dedicated to ensuring the safety and quality of food access for the community. Our mission is clear: to safeguard public health by maintaining rigorous standards and procedures across all stages of food production, distribution, and consumption.   3. HACCP Implementation: Ensuring that food facilities implement Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) to guarantee consumer health and safety.
  4. Essential Food Safety Training Program (EFST): Improving food establishment standards through training and awareness programs.
  5. Prevention of Food Poisoning: Inspecting and mentoring food establishments to maintain hygienic practices.
